Booking deposit and cancellation policy

Bookings and Deposit policy

A 30 % deposit is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of written confirmation, otherwise the booking will be taken as a provisional only, with the possible inability to reinstate the reservation. After confirmation 30% deposit has been paid and booking is taken as confirmed

One calendar month prior to the commencement of the safari- 70% of total safari cost is paid

The above is at the discretion of Wild Mist Adventures ltd

Special requirements and insurance
Clients should be fully covered by their insurance and details should be forwarded at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the safari
